Josh is the Director of Development for Fourth Avenue Capital, focusing on development management, construction administration, and capital improvements.

Prior to joining FAC, Josh spent five years working as a development manager on multifamily projects across the West Coast, including Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona, and Texas.  Before transitioning to development, he worked as a multifamily architect for 13 years in Seattle, designing and running construction administration for projects ranging from 40 to 400 units.

Josh holds a BS and MA in Architecture from Washington State University, as well as a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
