McKenzie is the Director of Asset Management for Fourth Avenue Capital, focusing on capital improvements and on-site operations.

Prior to joining FAC, McKenzie spent several years as an Asset Manager for a family real estate office overseeing properties in California, Idaho and Washington.

McKenzie holds a BA in Accounting from Western Washington University and an MS in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University, where he played on the football team.
